Our Story

Pena4’s inception in 1998 by the visionary Manny Pena as H.I.M ON Call, later expanded and merged 4 firms to create Pena4 Inc. What started with only 5 individuals to work towards one primary goal – to bridge the gap between technology and people, grew gradually to 500+ team members, across 4 countries.

Even today, our vision is dedicated to creating tailored, remote revenue cycle management, and virtual staffing approaches to expand financial and operational health for our clients. Every member at Pena4 believes success stories are built with our guidance. Our expertise leverages the insights, industry standards, and credentials to deliver exceptional work with efficiency and maximum time-management.

HIM ON CALL incorporated in The United States.

2002

Pena4 Launched DocuXP (EMR).

2004

Pena4’s Expertise Extended Operations in Hyderabad India.

2005

Opened Operations in Puerto Rico.

2009

AVIANCE – Suite Created for Healthcare - Related Applications.

2010

Pena4’s Client Services in the UAE.

2011

Inauguration of the Second Office in Vizag, India.

2016

Pena4 Inc. created consolidation of all companies to create an End-to-End RCM Solutions – US & Offshore - Services and Technologies.

2017

Pena4 Began Servicing in Canada.

2024

Acquired 3 New Billing Service Clients and Expanded to 2 Offices in India (Vizag and Hyderabad).
